I have over 20 years of experience in ocean conservation and have been building educational, research and action oriented programs focused on plastic pollution for the last 10 years. Plus in 2017 I started a small company with a colleague. I have a strong network, ranging from researchers to policymakers to philanthropists to plastic free lifestyle companies. I love connecting the dots between all of these groups, helping people strategize a plan to execute a project, learn new information, and build experience.

Ocean Connector strategy sessions are targeted at young professionals on a purpose driven career path, looking to gain more experience, hack out ideas, & build a network. Sustainability Consultant
I work with NGOS, government agencies, and small companies on projects that require 5-10 hours per week. I have a range of skills & love to build momentum on worthwhile ideas.
My skills include: project management, community outreach, project development, strategic program planning, citizen science / research, networking, and grant writing / fundraising advice.

Business Owner
I co-own Goods Holding Company, a plastic free lifestyle company that provides tools to make plastic free living easier. I started the California Reuse Collective with colleagues in the Bay Area to promote reuse systems in California. My business partner and I have also organized the annual Plastic Free Holiday Market in San Francisco for the last two years.
